Discovery
Think of your life as a path of discovery. Even challenging times can force you to see things you might not have noticed before. If you have been staying at home during the last few months, you may have done some things you haven’t done in a while. You may have had time to spend with your family, which may have been pleasant or challenging. The commute was gone, so you may have had more time which allowed you some freedom, or you may have taken on more roles as you had to entertain your children and home school.

On the other side of the coin, you may have had an essential job and have been working long hours. Your time was taken up and you may have had to avoid your family and friends to protect them. There is also the stress of working when there is a possibility you may get sick yourself. After this experience you might have been surprised at how you were able to cope.
Coping is getting by. Thriving is being excited about the challenges you face. If you can cultivate that sense of adventure that you may have had as a child. There are always possibilities and options. Looking at things in a different way and not making assumptions that things will go the same way every time.
