Even the most together person has some area of their life they can improve a little more.

In this challenge I will introduce a practice for each of 10 different areas of life.

  • Healthy Eating
  • Morning practices
  • Mindfulness
  • Breathing practices
  • Social/Spiritual Health
  • Exercise/Movement
  • Stress Management
  • Emotional Well Being.  

My name is Carol Confino

I am a yoga teacher, yoga therapist, a Brain Longevity Specialist and a former nurse. In all my different roles I have learned all kinds of practices to enhance health and happiness. 

The 10 areas I want to explore in this challenge are ones that, even with small changes, can have a big impact. Following the challenge I am putting out 5 day courses for each of these 10 days of the challenge. The 10 day challenge will give you an idea of how a week long practice will explore in greater detail. 

The focus is on small, doable practices that set you up to succeed.

So try out the challenge.  See what you learn about yourself and how to make simple changes.

The challenge starts Monday March 23rd and ends on Friday April 4th with the weekend off in between for you to catch up. The videos will be posted in a closed Facebook group.
